Afcons had put in significant investment in Knowledge Management processes at the company. It has been recognised in the field of Knowledge Management at the international level. According to Global Mike award website, the global and outstanding awards are given to a select group of organisations that have demonstrated excellence in knowledge management and innovation and that have surpassed the standard criteria, showcasing outstanding performance in their fields. Afcons has received MAKE (Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise) awards for India, Asia and Global levels in 2016 and 2017. Afcons continued to receive recognition in knowledge management and won MIKE (Most Innovative Knowledge Enterprise) awards for India and Global levels from 2018 to 2023.

Afcons is the only Infrastructure company to win this award at Global and India levels and is the only infrastructure company to have a Chief Knowledge Officer. This highlights Afcons’s capabilities in the area of Knowledge Management.
